Email

The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@aipromptshub.co. We reply to most messages within two business days. There is a real human at the other end of that inbox.

What to write about

• Generator requests. If there is a prompt format you keep writing from scratch, tell us what it is. We build generators based on real-world requests more than keyword research. Describe the fields you would want and what the output should look like.
• Bugs and broken pages. Include the URL, your browser, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.
• Improvements to existing generators.Missing field? Confusing default? Chart that does not make sense? Tell us. Our best tools came from "this is close, but what I actually need is…" emails.
• Partnerships and press. We are part of Digital Dashboard Hub, a small operation. We do not do paid placements inside the generators, but we are open to tool integrations and editorial features.

What we cannot help with

• AI model problems. If ChatGPT gave you bad output, that is a model issue, not a prompt issue we can diagnose from here. We build the prompt scaffold; the model is a separate layer.
• Custom prompts for your business. We do not do consulting through the contact form. If you want done-for-you prompt engineering, reply to any newsletter — we are experimenting with a small-batch service.
• Feature parity with paid tools. We do not plan to add login, saved prompts, or team workspaces. The hub is intentionally static, private, and free. If those features matter to you, we recommend a paid workspace like a notes app or a shared doc.

Social and elsewhere

• Newsletter. A weekly drop of copy-paste prompts and generator updates. Subscribe from the homepage footer.
• Parent brand. Digital Dashboard Hub is the umbrella — productivity and AI tools for creators, founders, and marketing teams.

Privacy and data

If you email us, we keep your message in the inbox until we reply, and we do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit opt-in. We do not sell your data. Full details on the privacy page.
