The math is deterministic — no scoring, no ML. Current spend = (sum of per-seat costs) × team size. Consolidated cost is DDH Pro at $19/seat for small teams, or DDH Teams at $99 flat for 5-seat units once team size exceeds 5. Time saved is a conservative 30% reduction of your reported orchestration hours, valued at $30/hour. We under-claim on purpose — the goal is an honest baseline, not a marketing number.
